NEW 4 YEAR WARRANTY

FLYIT PROFESSIONAL SIMULATOR WARRANTY

After an audit of FLYIT's service and warranty claims they have been so few that FLYIT is now able to extend its warranty to 4 years. The longest in the simulation industry.

FLYIT Simulators provides a limited four year warranty for this product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service from the date of purchase by  the original purchaser from an authorized FLYIT seller. This warranty is not transferable except by written agreement from FLYIT. Original projector bulbs are warranted for 90 days and replacement bulbs are warranted for 30 days. All metal components are warranted for the life of the simulator.

FLYIT does not make any other warranties in respect to the product, either expressed or implied, including no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly provided in this agreement.  If any labor, repair or parts or replacement of the entire unit is required because of accident, negligence, misuse, theft, vandalism, fire, water, acts of war, terrorism, acts  of god or other peril; or because of conditions outside of manufacturer’s specification, including, but not limited to, electrical power, temperature, humidity or dust; or by moving, repair, relocation or alteration not performed by FLYIT or by any cause other than normal use, the warranty provided herein shall not apply.  This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

FLYIT shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or for loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from customer’s use of or inability to use the equipment either separately or in combination with other equipment, or for personal injury or loss or destruction of other property, or from any other cause.

FLYIT or its authorized service centers shall have the option to repair or replace any defective part or the product.  Such services by FLYIT shall be customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.  FLYIT will bear the costs or warranty labor and materials for hardware repair or replacement.  Customer shall pay all freight/transportation charges to ship components to FLYIT or its authorized service centers.

The original manufacturer warrants all components such as computers, monitors, keyboards, speakers, joysticks, yokes, projectors, power supplies, etc.
